2004 Ducati 749r Race bike, bike was fully converted by Ducati dealer to Full race spec bike, all bolts fully wired and ready to go. This bike is fully built and ready to go, comes with all the 749r goodies stock including Ohlins R/T Forks, Ohlins shock, Ohlins Dampener, Forged Aluminum wheels, Brembo Radial Brakes, Slipper Clutch and Built Engine. From There a Remus Exhaust was fitted to the bike (don't be fooled by the term hype, this is the exhaust you want, that is if you want much lighter then term and does not blow out like term) Bike has a Fully programable Nemessis ECU dyne tuned to run on race gas, Suspension has been respirung fro 200 lb and professionally tuned, Brembo forged front brake master cylinder, Aculighn Ti Rear sets, 520 gold chain conversion, yoyodine race fairing stay and more. This bike has sat for over a year and therefore the battery will need to be replaced, race plastic included in auction, one piece top, one piece bottom and tail, main fairings are red, tail is red and white. Bike is pictured naked so you can see the structure of the bike and condition, no fairings to hide it but yes Race fairings included. Bike has been low sided as you can see from pictures, no current damage and never any major damaged, low speed. This is a race bike, they do go down. Bike frame, wheels and suspension are straight. One exhaust muffler has a very small dent that is pictured, frame shows some wear from fairings going on and off and tank has been modified to remove the key guard and repainted. I have almost every single receipt since new, bike has had every service done, all modifications done at Ducati dealership, all parts installed by dealer and maintenance has been above and beyond any due you will find. Over 15k in receipts from service and parts. Tires have one practice session on them. Bike is being sold in as is used condition with clean clear title in hand, for sale by owner. Bike has been sitting for 1 1/2 to 2 years and would prefer a oil change, fluid change and battery prior to riding. Kickstand, headlight and all other weight bearing items have been removed. This bike was bought brand new from ducati of charlotte nc in july of 2006. It has the race kit installed which includes a full termignoni exhaust with a carbon fiber silencer cover and a race ecu. Fully adjustable ohlins forks, steering stabilizer, and shock with adjustable ride height. The second time I rode it I laid it down, (lowspeed lowside). The plastic was scratched and the mirror was broken. I replaced the plastic with the xerox race replica plastic that you see in the pictures and I took the mirrors off, ( they wern't very useful anyway). I have ridden it every chance i get, (which isn't very often), and have been amazed by this motorcycle every time I ride it. To get it ready for sale i replaced the front and rear brake levers and installed new bar ends, (the brake levers and right bar end were scuffed in the misshap I mentioned previously). The forks, swingarm, frame, wheels, ect were not harmed at all. I installed a new battery in june of this year and keep it plugged into a battery tender. The tires were replaced at roughly 1200 miles with pirelli diablos which are in excellent condition with plenty of tread left.
